Actually, the room was new-fashioned and updated with a view. Amazing location in lovely area, all was fantastic. There was café World Museum's Cafe, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The hotel was clean and stunningly beautiful, had magnificent views of the sea. Fantastic location short walk to restaurant overlooking the sea and the outskirts of Edinburgh, I felt safe. I visited The Lord Warden, based right next to the property, had dinner there.
